We take quality control very seriously and check every order individually to insure accuracy and quality before shipping out to customers. If we ship an incorrect item or items are missing, please contact Ning Bags within 7 days after your order is received. We will refund or resend with free postage up to the case.
The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Item on sale / discount items or special offer items
- Bulk price items
- Digital downloads
- Any item that has been used and was damaged
In cases where no shipping error or defect in the purchased items exists or orders are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, a 10% handling and restocking fee will be charged for each returned order and buyer is also responsible for return postage.
Handling and restocking fees include labor, material costs and packaging. Your estimated store credit total, minus the shipping & handling fees, will be shown before you submit your return online.
Return Process1. Please contact Ning Bags within 7 days after your order is received with your order number and a short description of the problem.
2. Pack your returned item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please recheck if your item is eligible for refund/return. Some items (as indicated above) cannot be returned. If you return them, you won't get refund.

3. The buyer is also responsible for return postage. We recommend using a traceable service such as USPS first class or flat-rate shipping as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Ning Bags will not issue a refund.
