Accept Payment

All payments are completed by PAYPAL or Credit Card. Products are listed in US dollars, and PAYPAL or your credit card company provides up to date currency conversions from any currency. Please see XE for an idea of what your conversion rate could be. State tax will be added where required and will be added to all orders from Hawaii. Sometimes there are duties, taxes or fees due depending on what country you live in. You will have to check your customs regulations.


Shipping cost is calculated by weight and type of service buyers choose at the checkout page. All orders will ship within 1-2 business day(s) via United States Postal Service (USPS) except on Sundays or holidays when orders will ship on the next business day. 


Products within the United States will be shipped according to the type of service buyers choose at the checkout page. All shipments will include tracking confirmation. Delivery time is estimated at 1-6 business days depending on the type of service you choose. Your tracking number will be delivered to you by e-mail immediately after your order ships.


International orders will be shipped according to the type of service buyers choose at the checkout page (e.g., First-Class International, Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express international). 

1. Delivery time will vary based on destination, type of service you choose and custom processing services in your country. 

2. All international shipments will include tracking confirmation which you can track your package. 

3. Your order's tracking information will be sent to your e-mail as soon as the order ships! 

4. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, domestic taxes, duties or customs charges that may apply.

5. We cannot refund for item loss or missing. 

Please re-check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address before purchasing any product from us. We are not responsible for any situations caused by customer's error.

Return Policy

We take quality control very seriously and check every order individually to insure accuracy and quality before shipping out to customers.  We will refund or resend with free postage if we ship an incorrect item or items are missing. Please contact Ning Bags within 7 days after your order is received. 

The following items can't be returned, refunded or exchanged

  • Custom or personalized orders 
  • Discount items or orders that have special offers
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale / discount items / special price
  • Any items damaged by incorrect use or installation 

​In cases where no shipping error or defect in the purchased items exists or orders are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for each returned order and buyer is also responsible for return postage. Shipping charges can also be deducted on orders that received FREE SHIPPING if the total order value falls below $50 after deducting the returned items.

Return Process

1. Please contact Ning Bags within 7 days after your order is received with your order number and a short description of the problem.

    ​2. Pack your returned item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please recheck if your item is eligible for refund/return. Some items (as indicated above) cannot be returned. If you return them, you won't get refund.

    ***All items must be returned in original condition as originally shipped.*** 

    3. The buyer is also responsible for return postage. We recommend using a traceable service such as USPS first class or flat-rate shipping as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Ning Bags will not issue a refund.

      1. We ship packages to the address you have entered at only! Please re-check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address before purchasing any product from us. We are not responsible for any situations caused by customer's error.

      2. ****For zipper sliders/pulls**** We have carefully listed and described matching zipper numbers and zipper teeth material for each of our sliders/pulls. Please carefully check your zippers to avoid an error! If you have any questions about zipper slider/pull orders in my shop, please feel free to ask me before ordering. If you are not sure on your zipper type/#, you can also send an example of your zipper to match and check with us. We're happy to help!
