Shipping & Return Policy
USPS service disruptions caused by COVID-19 may occasionally impact shipments and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience. For international shipment, USPS has temporarily suspended acceptance and delivery of international mail to several countries. See all countries with temporary service and guaranteed-delivery suspensions at this link. We encourage international customers to use UPS service which is now available at checkout page.
All payments are completed by PAYPAL or Credit Card. Products are listed in US dollars, and PAYPAL or your credit card company will provide an up to date currency conversion. Please see XE for an estimate of what your currency conversion rate could be. State tax will be added where required and will be added on all orders from the State of Hawaii. Duties, taxes or fees may be required depending on your country of residence for international orders, and you should check your local customs regulations.

Products within the United States will be shipped according to the type of service buyers choose at the checkout page. All shipments will include tracking confirmation. Delivery time is estimated at 1-6 business days depending on the type of service you choose. Your tracking number will be delivered to you by e-mail immediately after your order ships. Ning Bags is not responsible for the loss of any uninsured items shipped via First-Class Mail that go missing after received by USPS, or for any value above the insurance automatically provided by services such as Priority Mail.
✈ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ✈
International orders will be shipped according to the type of service buyers choose at the checkout page (e.g., First-Class International, Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Express International, UPS).
1. Delivery time will vary based on destination, type of service you choose, and custom processing in your country.
2. All international shipments include tracking information which you can use to track your package.
3. Tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as your order ships.
4. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, domestic taxes, duties or customs charges that may apply.
5. Ning Bags is not responsible for the loss of any uninsured items shipped via First-Class Mail International that go missing after received by USPS.
6. Ning Bags is not responsible for any value above the insurance automatically provided by services such as Priority Mail International or UPS on packages that go missing after received by USPS or UPS.
Please check to make sure you enter the correct shipping address before purchasing any product from us. We are not responsible for any losses caused by an incorrect shipping address.

We take quality control very seriously and check every order individually to insure accuracy and quality before shipping to customers. We will refund or resend with free postage if we ship an incorrect item or if any items are missing. You must contact Ning Bags within 7 days after your order is received to initiate a claim.
The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:
- custom or personalized orders
- discount items or orders that have special offers
- digital downloads
- sale items / discount items / special prices
- any items damaged by incorrect use or installation.
In cases where no shipping error or defect in the purchased items exists or if an order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for each returned order. Buyer are also responsible for return postage. Shipping charges will be deducted on orders that received free shipping if the total order value falls below $50 after deducting the returned items.
Return Process1. Contact Ning Bags within 7 days after your order is received with your order number and a short description of the problem.
2. Pack your returned item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please recheck if your item is eligible for refund/return. Some items (as described above) are not eligible for a refund.
***All items must be returned in original condition as originally shipped.***
3. The buyer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a traceable service such as USPS first class or flat-rate shipping as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Ning Bags will not issue a refund without proof of shipment and delivery of the returned items.

1. We only ship packages to the address you have entered at www.ningbags.com! Please check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address before purchasing any product from us. We are not responsible for any losses caused by customer errors.
2. ****For zipper sliders/pulls**** We have carefully listed and described matching zipper numbers and zipper teeth material for each of our sliders/pulls. Please carefully check the zippers you order to avoid an error! If you have any questions about zipper slider/pull orders, please ask me before ordering. If you are not sure about your zipper order, you can send an example of your zipper to match and confirm with us. We're happy to help!
